Singer M2105 Sewing Machine, White, One Size

I bought the Singer M2105 Sewing Machine for my mom, and she absolutely loves it! It’s lightweight, easy to use, and has all the basic stitches needed for a variety of projects. The quick threading guide made setup a breeze, and the full metal frame gives it a sturdy feel despite being portable. She loves the free arm feature for hemming and sewing small areas. It’s the perfect machine for anyone looking to get into sewing or for casual projects. Great value for the price!

Lovely machine. It's my first machine in 40 years. Easy to use, very smooth. Its definitely value for money. You get all the accessories you need with it.My only bad point is threading the needle, if you have great eye sight it would be fine, but like a lot of people I don't and using the little needle threaders is difficult and fiddly around the back, not much room.

Not entirely pleased with this purchase, more due to the fact that it is imported and has a continental plug, which meant I had to locate an adapter plug before I could use it at an extra cost of ten pounds. I live in an isolated area without access to retail shops,so this became a chore as finding the correct adapter is quite essential. The machine itself appears t be ok but I haven't been able to make full use of it yet.

Not used a machine for years, so was apprehensive as so many on the market. Didn't want to pay to much in case I struggled with it. Well I needn't of worried, it simple and easy to use has done a good job for what I want and its not complicated like some of them. Recommend if you want to start sewing or return.

Great machine easy to use and light weight

Having used an inherited 75+ year old manual machine that still works fine I associated Singer with quality, durability and ease of use. All I wanted was a simple modern, lighter version with no fancy features, this looked ideal. I found it to be flimsy, mainly plastic, but most importantly very difficault to set up. Great dexterity is required to insert the bobbin, impossible if you have arthritic hands.. Also the foot pedal cable length is too short. 5 stars for the Amazon return service.

The bobbin thread keeps coming out with black oil on. No instructions how to adjust tension, l was sewing a thin cotton duvet, l tried always to get the tension right but did not achieve it.
