Is the tip of the pediatric bottle also smaller with less water coming out? Thanks.** A: We have both, looks like the pediatric and the adult tips are the same size. The differences are the size of the bottles (pediatric size 4oz, adult size 8 oz.) and the packets that come with bottles (they are designed for each size bottle, if you use the adult version packet in the pediatric bottle it would be too much) **Q: My 5 year old daughter blew her nose too hard after her rinse, she is complaining of ear pain and says she can't hear.
