Of course, TikTok made me buy it! LOL! But seriously, it looks great in my newly remodeled kitchen and really cooks/toasts/warms up my breads, waffles and bagels perfectly and evenly! I've had some really cheap toasters in my time and have always been disappointed with the uneven toasting because one of the elements within the toaster burnt out, etc. This toaster is super smart and you can clearly see when your food is about to be done. There's three settings (warm, fresh, frozen) options for toasting so you're food is always cooked to perfection! The animated circle around on display when cooking lets you know know how far along your food is to being done. An audible sound plays when it's done so you don't have to keep watching it. When you're not using the toaster, the time displays. Where I have it in my kitchen, it's nice to have the time on that side of the room without having to turn around and look at my oven. The aesthetics are very nice and complimentary since all my appliances are stainless steel. It gives my kitchen this extra zhoosh up the place! I've been using it now for several months and have no complaints!

I bought one for my parents a couple of years ago and it was a hit! They have loved it! It has worked great. This year I decided to get one for myself. Just past my 60 day return window, however, the middle elements stopped working. No matter the setting, it is only the other elements that come on. Meaning I have to toast things twice??? I reached out to Revolution store here, and never heard back. Waste of money. I’m going to keep trying to get ahold of them. Three stars because my parents had a 5-star experience and I had a 1-star experience. UPDATE: Revolution replaced it and the new one is functioning as it should!!! Yay! Love it once more. Great customer service and great product. Five stars

Was great at first. Now it barely works. The toast is either burnt or not cooked at all. Definitely NOT worth the money!

I bought this on prime day because my daughter uses the toaster so OFTEN, so I knew she would love this. The big digital screen, picking what you are toasting and how toasty you want it. It came in and I was so excited! I plugged it up to use it, and the heating element didn’t work at all. Frustrated, but sometimes you get a lemon, so i figured I would get a replacement and try again. Replacement came in and I tried it out first thing. Worked great. Wonderful! I set the time on it and continued on. That’s where the next problem started. It does NOT hold time. You set the time and it never keeps up. By a week later, it was off by 15 minutes. I put the time back on, and it wasn’t a few days later that it was back off again. Ugh, ok, still keeping it because I didn’t get it to tell time. Well, then, I was going to make my daughter a bagel and I put it in. Bagel goes down, and what do you know but the heating element does not work again. This time I realize that it’s not a random Incident, but just really bad manufacturing and not worth anywhere near the $300 price tag. Looks wise, it looks cool and I got a compliment on it, but functionality wise, STAY AWAY. This product is not worth the money and I hate to say it’s junk, but it’s junk. The manufacturers have a LONG way to go with this product. A LONG WAY TO GO

So, a $300 toaster...really! Yes! So, I wanted a new toaster for my new kitchen. I wanted something cool. I ran across this toaster. And it is cool! Right! Now... Does it do what they claim? $300 is a lot of money for a 2 Slice Toaster. The short answer is Yes, it does what they claim. I love it! I’ve seen the reviews about bagels not looking like the picture. And that did happen to me... until I changed a setting to Large Bagels. It’s hard to imagine what a smart toaster is. But I think they nailed it with making it toast well. Now... you say toast well! Imagine your toaster experience. You toast everyday and each time you fell like you have to watch the toaster so it won’t burn! That’s solved! Really. And what you toast looks close to the picture displayed. And it does toast faster! So, I say give it a try if you are looking for a premium toaster!

So this is a great toaster... most of the time. Once it thought it was toasting, but the heating element didn't come on at all. I had to reboot it. Other times, the start button is greyed out. I had to change screens and change back again. As much as you pay for this thing, you think they would have worked out these bugs. But I guess that's what happens when you have a computer for a toaster. When it does work right, though, it really does produce the BEST toast I've ever had!!! And it looks so cool -- a great conversation piece!

So went back and forth in my head for 1 month, do I really need to spend $300+ on a toaster - probably not but it is just so cool and looks great on my counter. I have no complaints as the other reviewers have stated it not toasting evenly, it is pretty close to what is pictured, it toasts just fine. I also will say that it is like 4 times quicker then my current toaster. The item is super easy to use too! I am glad I splurged on it and have not had any issues whatsoever. If you are thinking about it, if you can afford it then go for it. You wont regret it.

Have you ever realized that you’ve had irrational expectations and tastes. That you continue to buy the best of the best even though let’s be honest who needs a touchscreen toaster right? Of course the toaster performs like a champ, the sports car of toasters. My toast has never been so consistent and now when I eat poptarts I feel like I’m eating a pastry straight from British bake-off. So did I catch an earful from my girlfriend when I purchased a $300 toaster, absolutely. I told her we could keep the black and decker toaster thats basic af. Let’s just say that toaster is in the trash. On top of that, it’s always a bonus when you have a extra kitchen device that tells you the time and date. I’ll never purchase another toaster ever again. Unless of course they come out with that you can give voice commands and watch Netflix on, because why the heck not.

DO NOT BUY!!! Very disappointed. I paid over 300$ and not even 3 years after the slice holder doesn’t work anymore. I reached out to customer service and the only thing they proposed is following the steps to reset/calibrate the toaster which I already did 20 times before reaching out to them. Of course, their response was; your product is no longer under warranty. Can’t believe I got excited in this product “high tech” and spent that much money. You literally buy a 50$ toaster and it will last forever. 300$+ is a steal after working only 3 years so PLEASE, don’t buy!

This thing makes me anticipate making toast. Cool gadget. You have to kind of memorize the toast settings as it depends on how you like you waffles, bagel or toast etc. I range between 3 and 5 for toasting. Don’t get discouraged by the negative reviews. This thing works better than what people are describing. I feel that people in general are complaining more due to “first world entitlement”. Never satisfied. This thing is pretty cool. If you have the money. Go for it.
