Good quality! One of the bags was split a little and leaked in the packaging, but I will use that first.

There's many types of couscous to buy from in amazon and stores. But couscous Dari is the best of them all, maybe because it's the most authentic couscous you will ever find in Amazon. I grow up eating this couscous when I was kid, this was a weekly (every Friday) for us and it never disappointed when it cooked right. My mom always been satisfied with this couscous and she won't cook a Moroccan couscous dish without it. I recommend this to all people who want to try the Moroccan couscous.

I have made couscous all my life and worked in North Africa for over two years, so I think I know a good couscous when I taste one. I used to buy it for years at a local store, but they unfortunately stopped carrying it. My kids like this Dari semoule so much that is is part of their survival kit when they move to college. Try use ghee/smen/clarified butter when preparing it.

I know this brand and I like it, but I don’t feel secure using this product when the bag is open. Unfortunately it says than can’t be return it. So, I recommend not to buy it.

Tastes just like the couscous in Morocco - the texture is just right and the grain size is perfect!

Couscous had a bit of a rancid taste like it had been sitting on a shelf for a period of time. I like the boxed set of couscous better.
