Salsa Picante - 370 ml

Super tasty authentic Mexican sauce..has a lovely smokey chilli flavour..not overly hot on the spice scale..so perfect for people who like less spice heat...its really nice mixed into mayonnaise or drizzled on salad for a nice little kick..I'll be purchasing more

Had this sauce in mexico and decided to buy more back in the UK. A lot better than most hot sauces about, especially with meat. Well worth the purchase, isnt hot...but has a little kick to it which is decent.

Wow, I wasnt expecting to find my new favourite condiment! Starts a little bit smoky, little bit sweet, then the zinginess kicks in with a hot but not sweating hot flavour peaks! Real nice, and I like my sauces!

the only reason i know this sauce is from The boys youtube channel. and eddieVR made it sound so amazing! a sauce that can be put on pizza, on chicken, on chips, even popcorn. you hear this and you think "DAMN! this gotta be some good hecking sauce!" i bought it off from amazon since im not anywhere near mexico where this came from and we dont have walmarts here. the price is fair. however i was...a bit dissapointed when i tried it. its essentially a spicy vinegar sauce. granted its NOT BAD. i use a few drops of it (cause my stomach is sensitive and i dont like sleeping on the porcelain throne) on mexican foods, bit on pizza, sometimes when you mix it with other sauces it spices things up and is REALLY NICE on a good juicy burger! however it wasnt nearly what i thought it would be. if you LOVE salt and vinegar crisps then you will LOVE this sauce. for people who dont, like me. its honestly better using it to Zip food up in moderate drops or as a mixing sauce. all n all i give it a 4/5

Die Salsa Valentina picante ist für mich eine der besten Würzsaucen überhaupt und aus meiner Küche nicht mehr wegzudenken. 🌶️ Sie überzeugt durch ihren authentischen mexikanischen Geschmack mit einer angenehm kräftigen, aber ausgewogenen Schärfe. Nicht zu mild, nicht zu extrem – genau richtig, um Gerichte geschmacklich aufzuwerten, ohne alles zu überdecken. Besonders gut passt die Sauce zu Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Nachos oder Pommes, aber auch zu Eiern, Fleisch, Grillgerichten oder sogar Pizza. Ich nutze sie wirklich vielseitig, weil sie nicht nur scharf ist, sondern vor allem würzig und aromatisch. Die Konsistenz ist schön flüssig, lässt sich gut dosieren und verteilt sich gleichmäßig. Die 370-ml-Flasche ist angenehm groß, sehr ergiebig und reicht lange. Auch nach dem Öffnen bleibt der Geschmack konstant frisch. INTRO Vi piace il piccante, ma guadagnandoci in gusto? Puntate sul classico con Valentina! E' Adatta agli amanti del piccante, ma anche del sapore. E' la salsa preferita da Eddie VR dei The boys. Ci sarà un perchè se in Messico viene usata praticamente ovunque? Ve lo dico io perchè. PICCANTEZZA -La piccantezza non è altissima, ecco la dove si posiziona sulla scala SHU ➔ Valentina 900-1000 ➔ Sriracha 1000-3000 ➔ Tabasco 2500-5000 (a percezione la Valentina sembra più alta, perchè se ne fa largo uso). -Diciamo che non è adatta ai palati vanilla, è per palati un minimo navigati sulla piccantezza. -Non è certo adatta ad un gara di resistenza sugli scoville, va gustata perchè buona! -Se questa versione non è abbastanza piccante esiste quella Nera, ma è più difficile reperirla. GUSTO -A differenza di molte salse piccanti, di cui si sente solo la piccantezza, ma perdono in gusto, la Valentina, non soffre certo di questo problema, verrete assaliti da un ondata di sapori. -Il gusto del peperoncino Guajillo Puya, prima della picantezza, vi avvolgerà il palato. -Ha un accenno leggermente acetato. -Unpò di Umami, forse è per quello che non se ne farebbe mai a meno, e la si vorrebbe gustare ad oltranza. -Gusto rotondo e completo, riempie la bocca senza nessun rimpianto. VOTO da 0 a 10 Livello piccantezza = 5 Persistenza piccante = 4 Dolcezza = 6 Sapidità = 6 Acidità = 3,5 Umami = 6 Rotondità/peristenza sapori = 8 Gradimento personale = 8 Per quanto mi riguarda, la trovo ottimamente calibrata in tutti i suoi aspetti. DOVE E COME USARLA -Va messa su TUTTO! Senza scherzi, se la provate una volta non la abbandonerete mai più la vorrete mettere su ogni cibo possibile e quando sarà finita sarà una disperazione. -Va mescolata prima di essere usatea, altrimenti perderà un pò in piccantezza. -Perfetta sulla carne alla brace. -Una o due gocce? Naaaa abbondate, bisogna versarla sul cibo, non perchè poco saporita, ma perchè non ne potrete fare a meno, vorrete assaporarla il più possibile. INGREDIENTI -Pochi ingredienti, davvero pochissimi ma naturali, c'è solo un conservante, zero coloranti o altre schifezze. -E' prodotta in Messico a Guadalajara. PREZZO 9€ è unpò latino upsss pardon ... volevo dire Altino (che battutaccia) La si trova anche a 3€ CONCLUSIONE -La paragono non per la piccantezza ma per l'unicità del suo gusto, al Tabasco, entambe hanno un gusto inconfondibile che una volta assaggiato non è possibile dimenticare e si vorrebbe assaggiare di continuo. -La Sriracha? Buona ma chimica ... se passate alla Valentina non tornerete alla Sriracha, e se ne guadagna anche in piccantezza.

My daughter uses it at her theatre job (she is a line cook) I am not usually a fan of Hot Sauce but I love this flavour! Pro tip, mix it with blue cheese dressing and baste your chicken wings!!! YUM
