Can it withstand 500lbs?** A: According to the specs, it should handle 12.9 kiloNewtons. One kiloNewton is about 225 pounds, so it should easily handle 500. **Q: What extra parts are required at a minimum for this product to work?** A: For my purposes I needed to 3D print the footings that hold the upper and lower plates. The lower footing is slightly deeper to accommodate the bearing cage. I think something similar would be the minimum needed to make it work correctly. The two halves were done in ABS plastic and then i bolted the two components together that needs to swivel. Far more stable than a lazy Susan bearing and much smoother motion. **Q: Will this bearing fit my new Craftsman T2200 (2022) riding lawn mower? I noticed that the axle spindle is different than most riding mowers.** A: Patricia, Spindle needs to be 3/4" or 20mm. For these to work, also about 4-5 mm. extra Ht. for proper clearance.
