If your looking for a sample test, you can find the test available on the praxis site - which my son found to be more helpful. This allows you to focus on the material you might want to reviews. Don't wait until the last minute to study, especially if it has been a while since you have had the classes. Thus, this product was returned and my son used quizlets on the web instead.The opinions found here are totally mine and were not influenced in any manner resulting from the discounted or free product. The assertions in this review are based on the product, it quality and suitability to the task at hand, and the potential of the product to perform over its lifetime. Why then did I provide this review? Therefore, it's better than nothing. The most valuable aspect is the practice test. However, this has a serious and frustrating flaw: several of the questions have answers that are NOWHERE TO BE FOUND in this study guide. They are also hard to find in any of the texts that I have studied in preparation for my reading endorsement. Still, I was able to use this as a learning experience and find out what the terms mean on my own. The dyslexic/brain question is especially troubling and the answer is not quite as cut-and-dried as this guide seems to intimate. Also, some questions are based on vocabulary that is different from the text, making it more difficult than it must be.As far as the study section goes, the layout is in prose form, long paragraphs to wade through. A lot of space is given to obscure methods (FP'S BAG SALE? SCRIP?) that will probably never be featured in a test question, while several PAGES are devoted to Ken Goodman's (somewhat discredited) miscue analysis. Most items are given one paragraph's space.Another complaint that for the price ($40!!), this is a workbook sized book with only 70 pages of text and a 100 question practice test. I wish there were MORE practice tests out there, as that is the most valuable tool for me. For the constructed response, there are sample questions, but no sample answers, which are infinitely more valuable.Overall, this is a help, but wildly overpriced for what it is. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mometrix is the way to go *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 1, 2019* I highly recommend Mometrix test prep for anything you need.
