Start with the bad. The shaker came with a broken lid. Please can you replace this? There isn’t an option to contact the seller direct. As for the pre workout it’s brilliant! I’ve tried most of the flavours and found the Icy blue raz to be the best which doesn’t get sickly. You get a great long lasting buzz and the after crash is fine (what goes up must come down)

Applied nutrition never fails, the pre workout is superb, the stim free is perfect for when I hit the gym after my night shift, so I can get some sleep without the caffeine hit. Great company 👌

Good pre workout but bottle broke instantly! Can I get a replacement or partial refund! There is no way to directly contact seller. Otherwise the pre workout is my favourite just need to improve on quality of bottles

This Pre-Workout tasted pretty good for what it is and lasts as long as it should. It’s only 250MG but you do feel it and the beta-alinine gives you the rush you need! For the price you can’t go wrong and if you drink coffee, you still can without worrying about your caffeine intake

it seems to work well, tastes good and mixes easily with your water in the provided shaker cup, cheaper than other brands, gives you the energy you need but with less caffeine which suits me better.

I have been using this for close to a month and it is alright and gives a small boost but not much. The shaker is absolute rubbish and broke the minute after I opened the box. The flavour I got was alright for the first two uses but after that it became unbearable and would make me dread taking it before a workout.
