It's great!
It's great! Well made and nice to be able to pick up and look for any place in the world. I was a little concerned about what the actual globe would be made from since it is not specified in the description and the picture doesn't show enough detail. But it's exactly what I would expect a good globe to be made from. I particularly like that it's not attached to a stand, preventing me from being able to easily see anywhere I would like to see. I definitely recommend it!

Best globe I’ve ever owned
Unlike most globes, this one rotates freely in its stand so you can view it from any angle. The text is easy to read and the lines are clear. At 9 inches in diameter, it’s small enough to fit easily on a desk with a computer but large enough to show a lot of detail.

Fine, cheap globe for kids' room
I like that you can take it off the base and look it over with the kids. It's just a globe and it's not a very compelling one.

8 year old grandson loves it! He can pick it up and examine it.

The graphics were so small it was difficult to read ...
The graphics were so small it was difficult to read the country names, etc. and was not conducive to encouraging a child's interest. When I returned this item, it cost me one third of the cost to return it. I cannot honestly say that I have received clear notification that the cost of this item has been reversed on my payment record.
