Works as designed and advertised. Easy connection what my work laptop. If you get the correct model for your laptop, you will have zero issues. Works exactly as described. Solid product.

I was a little bit nervous as some reviews stated the docks were used or missing cables. Dock arrived new with Lenovo labels and all cables wrapped and clearly brand new. Keys were also included but I did almost miss them in the box as they were wrapped in Styrofoam-like bag, I nearly threw them out. Dock working perfectly with my Thinkpad T490, a year ago I bought a cheaper hub that stopped working. Wish I had invested in the Dock sooner. Overall, appears to be brand new, works great and was a really good price at almost half what I saw the docks for last year.

Purchased for a new work laptop so I could keep it under my desk. I had an old one of these and was having issues with the video out from the docking station dropping out randomly. I went to the manufacturer's website and downloaded new firmware and it works without issue now.

I have to take my ThinkPad laptop in and out of the office multiple times daily. This well-made Lenovo Docking Station makes this task so easy, without having to unplug and plug in cables all the time. Extremely durable and very reasonably priced.

It didn’t work

This is great! I have 2 monitors connected, a wireless keyboard and mouse wireless, and head sets! It works with my Thinkpad T14 gen2. All I do is unlock the slot from the connecting doc and pick up the laptop without having to unplug all the cables. It arrived ahead of time. Convenience over esthetics.

I suppose I should have read the reviews.Item arrived in a box with the factory lenovo tape cut and resealed. Has obvious finger prints and dust on the docking station itself.It's serviceable, but no where in the description did this say that it was an open box item.
