How many ballons to fill the arch?

I believe each balloon clip holds 5 balloons. And I just counted on an image posted and it looked like the person used about 30 balloon clips. You can tell by counting the rings in the final pics. So that would be 150 balloons. I think we bought 150 balloon pack also and used a little less then that.

my ceiling is not that hight, this arch can be adjustable (use less tubes)?

Yes but they didn’t send me all the parts. I have tried to get them to send the parts since I ordered it. The arch will not stand up.

How do you use the balloon knotter?

There are insurrections that comes with it but I find it easier to tie it the old fashion way
