We’ve been buying it a couple of years now. It tastes great even without honey, although adding honey will help your throat even more. It’s a good value for the price for all the herbs you get inside each bag. Earth Mama says the bags are compostable and only have “just enough thermoplastic fibers to make sure they stay closed” whatever that means.
