QUALITY AND VALUE
A very nice hook very sharp hook haves a lot of different sizes I like the black nickel hooks recommend

Sharp and strong
Mustard quality is always great and priced fair.

Best salmon and steelhead jig hooks on the market
I tie jigs for salmon and steelhead and these are the only hooks I use. Yeah you get a defective hook here and there, but 99% of them are perfect. Plenty strong for the biggest of steelhead or salmon and would recommend to any jig tier out there.

Great jig hooks
I wish I had started with these hooks. I have tried many others, most of which are much more expensive, and they either bend too easily or outright break. Mustad has really improved its hooks over the years.

Sharp and strong
I use these for balanced leech fly patterns. Economical, strong and sharp.

Lure making
These hooks are strong, slight larger diameter than fine wire hooks but great for small swim baits and these are not going to bend out on the hog.

won't fit into Hilts Mold, mold won't close tight.
Mold won't close completely even with only 1 hook in the mold. Just finished approximately 8 jigs with my #2 hooks, that' all I had, but they worked fine.

Less then 100
These aren't cheap hooks and the quality reflects that. The problem is I only got 92 hooks in this package which in my opinion with today's technology is inexcusable. I no longer have enough hooks to tie all the patterns I need for this up coming shad run.
