It actually kicks arse , the torch strength is awesome, comes in a tough box ,with a powerfull keyring cob light , it's ever so easy to use as it has a slide to focus lens , I've never had usd of such a powerful torch , this really delivers . It's range really is very far , I easily had 600mtrs from it and it had more to give , it could upset airplanes lol . Battery life is excellent and having the charge display is handy. I've dropped it a few times and thought " oh f " but it's so well made that's it didn't even scratch , I'm very pleased with it , value , performance, everything, if you can find a better or more powerful torch then let me know!

Nice and solid. No flicking through modes to get to a solid beam. Easy to charge. Feels like a quality item. Very bright and will light up objects over 100 metres away.

I bought this primarily for finding dog poo in the garden but was pleasantly surprised by how powerful it is. For its price and size (easily pocketable) it gives out a decent light and has now been promoted to coming out on evening dog walks. Lasts a decent amount of time on one charge. Feels very solid and robust. One start deducted as it’s not very intuitive how to change brightness (you have to gently half-press the button when it’s already on to cycle through different modes).

I bought my rechargeable torch in September 2025 and recharged it for the first time today, February 4th 2026. I'd say, unless it suddenly lets me down, that it is one of, if not the best torches that I have ever owned. After reading some of the one star ratings, I felt it only fair to show the other side of the coin. My wife has the triple A battery version and that also has been very reliable. They are both very powerful, certainly sufficient for our requirement.

Small, weighty but amazingly powerful and the adjustable beam just adds to a fabulous little torch.

This is quite simply the best torch I have ever owned. Small, fantastic brightness, the lens can focus to a tight beam or open up to a more generalised spread, and as it is rechargeable from a standard usb adapter, convenient to recharge. Bought primarily for use in a work setting which involves early morning and late night walk around inspections of commercial aircraft. The only minor, minor negative comment is that the recharging port on the torch is concealed behind the end cap, which you have to unscrew when you want to charge it up. However, as this is part of the waterproofing mechanism I should have expected it, so it really is a minor issue. Why am I reviewing it? Unfortunately we just lost it on a camping trip, so here I am buying two more of the same model so that both my wife and I can have one each. If you are wondering about the huge choice of torches here, then that re-purchase decision should tell you all you need to know. I am happy to recommend this torch with reservation.

I bought this for nocturnal bird surveys - working in dense forests at night. It is ideal in every way: - Very light and easy to carry, convenient for a trouser pocket when not being used. - Incredibly bright for its size, with an adjustable beam focus from narrow to flood. - Waterproof (it has been dropped in puddles and still works fine). The charging port is hidden behind a screw-fit cap. This is obviously necessary to stop water and dust getting in there. - Rechargeable (no need to carry spare batteries etc). - Very well made, mostly of metal. Seems extremely tough. Would very much recommend.

The light beam is really strong and illuminates very brightly on the hedge at the end of my garden (about 20 mtrs). I find that most LED lights are very bright to look at but don’t light up the object you want to view very well, this torch is the exception. The other thing I really like is that you push the button to turn on and push again to turn off - none of the flashing and morse code you usually have to cycle through but never use. This torch still has those features but they don’t appear when you don’t want them. Another thing is that it’s rechargeable and so far it lasts well, I’ve only recharged it once since 15/2 -6weeks ago - when I received it and it may not have been fully charged on delivery. Also it has an adjustable beam from small and brighter to large and slightly dimmer. I’m so pleased with it I ordered another for extra convenience.
