What a great backstop. A few hints on setup....
I was "too smart" to read the instructions before I tried to set it up. I figured "how hard could it be?" Well, it's not hard to set it up - if you do everything in the right sequence. My first recommendation is "read the instructions or watch the video." "RTFI" aside, once you take out the main heavy piece, spread the netting out on the ground so it doesn't tangle. Next, fold out the side arms vertically - don't click them into place yet (that's where I made my first mistake). The side arms extend out upwards and must be clicked into place before spreading them out into their final positions. If you try to extend them once they are clicked into place, it will be virtually impossible. Once they are fully extended vertically, then open them fully to the sides until they click into place. Next, only put the bottom two pole pieces together (the smaller ones first for the middle section) and slide them through the netting holders into place. Then, put on the third piece for each pole and wrap the loops around the tops. Then, do the same for the ends. This isn't easy on the ends because they get really tight. One person can do this alone in about ten minutes. With two capable people, it goes much faster. I also learned that installing the baffle (either one) when it is windy out, doesn't work well. They only secure at the top and hang down. There is no way to secure the baffle at the bottom (they each have weights on the bottoms that slow down their movements). I guess this makes sense as securing them could turn the backstop into a sail if it gets windy out and pull it right out of the ground. Consider the wind direction when you anchor the backstop to the ground. Overall, it is a great, quality piece of equipment and weighs about 50-60 lbs. when you carry it in the case. The case, unfortunately, has already shown some tears and signs of ripping after only one use.

Bow Net ftw!
My son plays lacrosse and soccer, and the family loves to throw a game of softball together on the spur of the moment. The Bow Net gives you an instant giant backstop that I can put up by myself in 5min. The BowNet really is an amazing product. Its so well made. I enjoy putting it together, and I am really impressed by the design and the quality of materials and stitching. The kids and adults had so much fun with it at Christmas this year. I look forward to a lifetime of use with my family and friends. Thanks!

Great system!
This is a solid system. My 13 year old daughter hits pretty hard and after almost getting decapitated, it was time to invest in a pitching screen. I like how easy this sets up and breaks down. I feel very protected behind the screen even standing 25 feet away pitching front toss to my daughter. I gave it 4 stars because of the price. I think $150-$200 would be a better price point. All in all, a very good investment on a solid piece of gear!

BowNet is BOD!
The BowNet backstop was listed for baseball, but we are using it in conjunction with our LAX rebounder. This is a perfect combination and we are NOT losing LAX balls any more. The unit is really sturdy and if you follow the video set up, it is easy to assemble. The BowNet company stands behind their product also. We had a small issue and they made it easy to correct the problem. Great product, great company. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more $'s and get great quality from a company that cares. LP

Good looking product
Good looking product, but it arrived without assembly instructions and what was preassembled, was preassembled wrong. Hate having to stall children's excitement for a new product, when the manufacturer can't get their act straight from time of packing.

Top Notch Net!
Not a net to take all over the place, BUT if you’re looking for a net that folds flat easily and slides out of the way. THIS IS IT. It’s very well made and BIG! We use it for all our video shoots for the Align Eight™. Awesome product!

Super easy to set up and works great
Super easy to set up and works great. Love the convienenceand well worth the money!! Been nice NOT to have to search for a field to use that already has a back stop set up. Our teams can now practice on any open field.

kids are loving this net!
My kids are really enjoying this net.! We have used it in our smallish back yard and have also taken it to a grassy field for some batting and pitching practice. I will say I was a bit stumped when I opened the package and found absolutely no directions anywhere. I tried youtube, the Bownet website, nothing. The net we purchased is the hitting station one. After a bit of frustration (and complete confusion), I just started going for it. My elderly uncle was over and watched in amazement. I had that net up in 5min...no directions, ha! He said "who needs directions...not you?" When all bagged up it is a bit heavy for me to carry, but not unmanageable ;)
