You feel it working within 30 minutes, this is insane! Super effective! Worth the cost. Also this company really knows what they are doing with their vitamins, not just a random brand that is trying to make a buck off of you. High quality ingredients! I take 1 instead of 2 daily, which is safer and lasts way longer.

I carry the gene that does not process Vitamin B unless it is methylated. I can tell this is a good product based on how my body reacts to it. It does not run me down like the standard vitamin B does. I have a bit of energy from them as well. I have been buying this product for over a year. I switched and felt the difference and came back to this brand.

If you research, cyanocobalamin is made with cyanide and is NOT healthy. Methylcobalamin is the most easily used version. 5-MTHF is very good version and methyl folate is BY FAR better than the synthetic, lab created version of folic acid so these are all in the form your body can use properly without the poisonous versions. I had a gene test done and the 4 B vitamins in this are exactly what I wanted and it has the benefit of the other 2 quality ingredients. I have ordered some for my mother also and she feels a difference.
