My favourite Intra-wo. The balance among the amminoacids is really good, and also I can feel that my body is able to recover faster after workout. Usully I take a serving intra-Wo and a serving Post-wo.

My go to intra workout
Great taste not too over powering. I usually have half a scoop intra workout then later a second scoop. If I have doing a heavy session and I stick to a full scoop. I feel and see a definite improvement in my physical strength and look.
