As per the instruction I had fixed it on the wall. But initially it was activated when I moved fingers near to the unit. Later adjusted the angle of the sensor to sense any movement infront of the unit from a distance of 2mtrs. Able to serve when the motion was fast. Was not able to detect anything slow in motion. Tried to adjust various angles to find out the correct position for sensor but I failed. The response was not at all good. Hence was totally disappointed with it. I had also contacted the c care but their response was neither encouraging. Sadly I had to return it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very useful *by V***N on Reviewed in India on 29 May 2018* I marvel how far technology has come that for about Rs 500 any DIY person can implement fairly decent and accurate motion sensing devices. I have many of these (including ceiling ones) at home. Found the wall mounted ones are especially suitable for entrances etc.Attached photo is taken from my bedroom. The sensor is at a height of about 1.8 meter and is at cross angles to the door. Put some black tape to cover part of it so that it is not switched on for every tiny movement inside the room. Works perfectly.Have used "GM 2-Pin Flexible Wire" which is a batten holder, 5 m of wire and a 2 pin plug, by splitting into two and adding a bulb. ### ⭐⭐ Average In Motion Detection *by S***N on Reviewed in India on 24 October 2018* I am already using a PIR switch in my washroom, unfortunately that sensor don't have LUX & TIME control knob / regulator, it only works in dark. So ordered this one, this works fine with time delay and Day time & Night mode both, but the sensor is not sensitive to catch moments. It can catch moments just from the line of straight, as said by seller it's not all working at 180° . My old switch had 360° sensor that worked flawlessly.
