is this flour for making pizza dough or just to put on the table so pizza dough dough does not stick?

Just ordered due to a sister telling me it's a dream for pizza bakers. Healthy too due to lessened gluten. Secret is in letting your dough rest. Stretch by hand instead of rolling pin too.

Is this a good flour for baking quick breads and cakes?

I have never used it for quick breads, but I use it in my bread machine a lot! It makes great cakes!!
