Looking for an unbiased review!** A: I have tried this based on the reviews and I have to say it really works and keeps the lady bits happy. I can attest as a 42 yr old hormones changing female that it works! **Q: Are these refrigerated?** A: They don't have to be and they aren't during shipping, of course but, as with most any probiotic, keeping in the refrigerator most likely keeps the potency higher. When I travel with them, I just take the number I need out of the bottle and leave the rest of the bottle at home in the refrigerator. I personally, don't think it's a huge deal if you can't keep in the refrigerator all the time because, I just doubt that the potency changes that quickly unless kept at really extreme temperatures. I just like to refrigerate to preserve as high as count as possible.
