I was told I would receive a replacement, but first I had to send the damaged amp back within a certain timeframe. I paid $45 out of my own pocket for expedited shipping to meet their deadline. After they received the amp, I was told I would get a replacement within two weeks. More than a month passed with no updates. I had to contact the seller myself to find out what was going on, and instead of receiving the replacement I was promised, I was simply issued a refund. Between the amp failing so quickly and the terrible customer service, I would not recommend buying this product or dealing with this seller.
