Office Star ProGrid Breathable Mesh Back Manager's Office Chair with Built-in Lumbar Support and Height Adjustable Padded Arms, Coal FreeFlex Fabric

I bought this chair because I wanted a comfortable seat, and this chair has one. I like the mesh back, which has adequate back support for my purposes. My one complaint is that the chair is supposed to have back tilt adjustment and adjustable tilt tension, but neither adjustment appears to work. I bought it on sale, so I will keep it, but would probably have returned it if I had paid regular price. The instructions for assembly are barely adequate.

I'm giving this chair an overall rating of 2, due to an issue. I ordered 2 of these chairs, One is fine, but one has an issue - it makes a clunking noise when sitting on it and getting up. It's coming from the cylinder (that allows the chair to be raised or lowered). I contacted their customer service department via e-mail and sent them a claim form, but no response from them at all. The other chair is fairly comfortable and a good value for the cost, but I'm disappointed with the defective chair and poor customer service.

This chair is pretty comfortable for my 19 year old however for someone like me who requires a bit more back support, this chair misses the mark. That’s my only complaint. It’s a pretty decent chair. Seat is very comfortable, its width is great if you require something more roomy, the arms are adjustable and the back can go up and down as well as the seat height. My only complaint is the back support. A more supportive back configuration would make this chair perfect.

It was easy to take out of the box; however the seat screws were challenging for me. I live how it fits my tall frame and that the back support and tail bone support is amazing. I DON’T like the squeaking; yes we tried WD40, but it only helped for about an hour - so that’s the only thing I can’t stand.

This was a great chair... for like 6 months, just long enough to evade the return window. Started becoming unstable and creaky early on. As I write this review, I've already purchased another chair, because this one has gotten to a point of extreme discomfort due to how wobbly it has become.
