Husky Plastic Sheeting Clear 6ml 6ft x 100ft

This is PERFECT for a long slip n slide! The prices for a single use 20-30’ slide from the store are ridiculous. I saw another review and decided to give it a try. I rolled the tarp over onto in self each spot I used a metal spike to double the sturdiness and it worked perfect. No tears, rips or damage from 8 boys playing on it for 4 hours. The material is thick enough no sticks or items poked through. It isn’t naturally slippery when you add water but a small bottle of no tears baby shampoo spread along the length made it just the perfect slickness. We’re so happy with it! We hosed it off and let it dry before folding back up. I’m sure this will get a lot of use this summer. For the size and price, you can’t beat it!

Very pleased with both the quality and price of this plastic sheeting. I was using cut plywood to winterize my screen house, which was expensive and difficult to handle, and it was also bulky and difficult to store during the rest of the year. It also did not allow light to come into the screen house. After reading the Amazon reviews, I decided to purchase the large 100' roll of the Husky plastic sheeting. It exceeded my expectations in almost all regards. It is NOT see through clear, but a whitish, translucent or semi-opaque which DOES allow filtered light in. The sheeting is rugged enough to use a heavy duty staple gun without tearing. Be advised that it does arrive folded on a very heavy roll, and it is a bit difficult to handle if you are trying to cut it to specific sizes, especially for one person. I looked into other plastic sheeting products, which were much more expensive, and I am glad that this Husky sheeting worked out very nicely.

I purchased this plastic to close in my back porch where my cats stay. It is a good quality plastic but the winds in Wichita, KS are sometimes so strong that it rips the plastic away from the wood. It is not the fault of the plastic. There is not too much that can withstand the 60 mph winds. You can not see through it but it does let the sunshine come in so the back porch stays a lot warmer, even in 23 degree weather. The next time I mount the plastic I will put it on boards and nail the boards to the framing. That way the wind cannot get under the flaps. I won't do it this year but will next year.

Good enough for opaque, coarse plastic sheeting and cheap!Recycled plastic /a bit stiff but wraps fine to protect furniture. Paint jobs, hang plastic sheet walls to isolate a work space. - over basement wall brows and doors and on an unfinished dirt floor in basement to prevent moisture from rising. Sturdy enough for the above. I had not bought plastic sheeting for years and it is advertised as clear - NOT but if available the smooth, completely clear plastic wrap is probably very $$$ now - I used to enclose huge windows in a NYC loft to seal the large cracks that appeared 125 years after construction. Would recommend but not when see through is desirable - even a glimpse to see the enclosed item !

This sheeting is a decent quality: Along with a dehumidifer I use this to encase a screened porch in the winter to protect rescue parrots and keep the laundry area warm. It works well. However, this batch is not clear. Luckily I had some leftover from the last order so there is still some outside light shining through.

Okay true story.. my Maltipoo is almost a year old and still hasn't gotten potty training down. He's getting better but I work full time as does my husband and we haven't put as much time into training as we should. Not our baby's fault at all. So what did I do to ensure the brand new carpets in the house we rent stayed brand new?? Bought a roll of this sheeting and covered my whole house in it! This stuff is epic. It is THICK so it's extremely durable. We walk on it constantly and I just mop over it. I even put it in my room and put rugs over it. It works great. We have a 4 year old and a Maltipoo... our last house we rented we had to pay 3,000 (all of our deposit) to have the carpets replaced when we moved out. Not this time!!! I'm not sure if this was the intended use for the plastic but it works great for us. My son runs on it all the time with puppers and it hasn't ripped. I even can vacuum it! It's been a carpet saver for sure!!

This came in very handy for moving purposes. Got this to protect my stuff when I moved. Standard mattress protectors looked cheap. Stayed in place with no rips the entire trip. I also used this to cover entire new apartment floor before moving in and to protect floor from dirt on everyone's shoes as so many people came in and out. It was Covered lots of things I wanted to protect from scratching and damage. I wasn't comfortable with blankets and tarps companies move. Who knows where those have have been.

I am disappointed to receive something other than Husky brand, but this works well. We wrap the skirting of our trauler with it every year. I did order a second roll, despite it being the wrong brand, because it is syill what we needed. Last year we received the husky brand for this price. Hopefully, this stuff holds as well. As the tile says, you can not see through it. It claims it is clear, but there will be no way to see through our windows with this. Still, for the price it is quite thick.

Good plastic sheeting for packing insulation.

Bought for the intention of using it for a homemade slip & slide. Worked amazing and fun times were had. Just need water and dish soap. Might want to move it around yard as it will kill the grass.

Product arrived on date promised and was of very good quality. Would recommend it for those who need to install vapour barrier.
