Is this large-leaf tea, or finely cut? I don't like it when I end up with powder in my tea that's too fine to be filtered out. Thanks!

This is finely cut, you will have a little residue which sinks to the bottom, and it's normal for loose tea to result in a little residual powder since it's part of manufacturing, and packaging.
