Excellent product
Excellent products does help balance your blood sugar, it doesn’t cause stomach upset for my husband and I. There is also no identifiable smell or taste and ease of use because it comes in capsule format.

I have not used their cinnamon but, have used several of their products and found them very good. Capsules are the easiest swallowing and have been effective for me. As long as the prices remain stable, I look forward to using them long term- I’ve been using supplements for nearly 40 years so have experience with many brands and I like this one.

IMHO just use the Spice.
