I would recommend these tablets to anyone who is trying for baby. I have thalassemia been told to take iron so many times which I dont really need to get pregnant. My friend suggested me theses and I only consumed for month and got pregnant. Some might need to take for 3 month . 1 tablet a day with food. Highly recommended
