Will this case fit a meter with the magnet attached to it?

Yes, the case will fit the Fluke DMM with the magnet strap attached. Fold it behind, or in front. I have no problem with that same set up.

Will this fit fluke 289

not sure. but it fits my fluke 117. also fits the fluke 115 and 116.

Will this fit my fluke 73 series ii multi meter?

I use the case for a model 117 typically. A 179 also fits but slightly snug as it is a little wider. A 73 is slightly longer but narrower and slimmer than a 117, so should fit Ok.

Will it fit a fluke 23?

I would guess no. I have a 117 and it is smaller than the 23 I had at work.
