It does taste like a version I have made from a recipe, but was only "okay" with the taste. I ordered this hoping for the restaurant taste. I have about decided that the restaurant taste can only be obtained through the restaurant. But my son-in-law calls this sauce "The Bomb" (translates to "Really Very Good"), so it is a decent Sesame Sauce for homemade meals. **Q: How thick is this sauce? Is it a thin watery mix like soy sauce or is it thicker like a glaze or like honey?** A: The Minors Sesame RTU Sauce is thick like a glaze. Minor's Sesame RTU Sauce is perfect for stir-fry, soups, dips, sauces, wraps, salad dressings, or apply directly as a glaze for all meats, chicken, seafood, or vegetables. Serve as a dip for skewers, won tons, shrimp or vegetables. Thank you, Nestle Professional **Q: Has anyone noticed that the customer reviews are identical to other Minor's asian style sauces? Look at them and you wil see** A: Caseville Grandma I understand how you misunderstood the intent of the question but this is really typical Amazon Faux Pas in how they list products now. It’s harder to know which product has good reviews from others on the same page. As mentioned by Nonna, you now must carefully look at the top of each review to see which product was being reviewed. It makes it easier for the sellers but harder on the customer. **Q: I am only one person and only eat General Tso once a week. How long would an opened, refrigerated container stay fresh for?** A: The sauce has preservatives and a sugar content. I would recommend to keep the sauce refrigerated after opening. It will stay fresh for several months. I’ve been using this product for years as a chef. This is the best Tso out there! ## Frequently Bought Together - Minor's General Tso's Sauce, Ready to Use Cooking Sauce, 83.2 oz (Pack of 1) - Minor's Teriyaki and Stir Fry Sauce, BBQ Sauce and Marinade, 4 lb 9.6 oz Bulk Bottle (Packaging May Vary) (Pack of 1) - French's Worcestershire Sauce, 1 gal - One Gallon Container of Gluten-Free Worcestershire Sauce, Perfect as Meat Tenderizer, Marinades, Sauces and More --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/18584152-general-tsos](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/18584152-general-tsos) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
