Perfect replacement for worn out bands.

Using the 3.4 inch band to replace my old shock mount bands. Works well with the typical shock mount. I have no use for the larger band so if you’re just looking for a replacement band for a regular shock mount, the 3.4 inch one is fine.

I own a Rode NT2A mic, and it came with the SM6 shock mount. After owning the mic for about a decade the SM6 EB (elastic bands) wore out. I decided to try these based on reviews and they arrived today. I used the larger pair of bands and they fit perfectly. Just the right amount of tension. The original bands felt more robust. Not necessarily thicker. There was a quality you felt when you handled them, even when stretched out and old, that these replacements don’t have. They feel cheaper. However, if you’re looking for a replacement elastic band that fits your Rode SM6 mount then these are the ones to get. The $10 I paid for the elastic bands beats the $45 to replace a perfectly good shock mount. I’m not sure how long they’ll hold up but for now they work great. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

Perfect replacement bands for my Samson SP01 Spider Shock Mount. I used the two large bands. The bands are tight and fit into the grooves of the mount with a little push. I positioned the connectors slightly offset and towards the back because they're quite thick and they don't fit into the mount grooves. Overall, I'm satisfied with these bands for my application. Definitely recommended for spider style shock mount.

The large bands were good replacements for the bands on my Samson mic.

High quality elastic band.( Durability to be sent over time) A little larger diameter but was able to easily install for old existing mount assy. Note: there is a fused link in the band vs. it being manufactured one piece like all of my other mounts. (Durability of "pressed band fitting" joint yet to be seen)
