love the flavor, it gives me a great energy boost. It does make me a little jittery but just enough for a workout. Great quality, good ingredients, and good value for money!

Great flavor and works quickly !

This is my first time using Pre-workout and I really enjoy it! It gives me enough boost to get my butt out of bed and do the dang thing! The tingle is great, and I'm not jittery later in the day, and no "2pm slump". My only complaint is everything is gut rot candy flavor.. if you love jolly rancher flavor type drinks, this is great! The flavors are spot on! ( I got the breezeberry pre-work out and the bomb pop flavored BCAA) But it being the first thing I drink in the morning, its pretty sickly sweet. I'd love to see your standard Chocolate/ Vanilla just to break it up a bit.. Other than that, this works pretty dang great for a beginner like me!

Great pre-workout powder mix as well good quality

I take this before running and it makes the run more sufferable. Yummy taste, does get everywhere. Wish there was a holder for the scooper because mine is constantly getting buried in the powder and the sticky feeling on your fingers is no bueno. Using this for the foreseeable future unless I find a better one but no luck in the past couple months.

I love the Alani brand products. This is my favorite flavor. Taste just like blue raspberry and works like a charm! Just enough buzz to get you pumped and through a good workout!

Love the flavor and the help I get for a good workout from this product, but there’s something weird about their packaging for this. No matter what, the consistency of the product is always off. When I initially get it, I have to dump it in my ninja to break apart the huge rocks it has turned into. Then, when you’ve gotten through about 2/3 of the container, the last 1/3 starts to clump together again, but this time it’s damp and gross. My wife’s Alani Nu preworkout of a different flavor has never been like this, so I’m not sure what’s going on with this one. I’ve also had the same issue whether I’ve lived in super dry Denver, moderately damp Northern California, or the desert in the Middle East. The product is typically stored at room temp and remains closed unless I’m actively scooping some out. I’m not sure what’s going on, but if I continue to not be able to use the last 1/3, I’ll probably start looking for an alternative.

Stuff tastes awesome. They rebranded the berry flavor with white packaging so at first I thought I got another flavor. It’s an egirl prework that you can use on off days but it’s great. Doesn’t have like 20 ingredients all under dosed, but sticks to 5 basic ingredients all properly dosed at one scoop. All it’s gonna do is give you a mid pump and help you be more alert, but that’s all ppl really need. And for the price it’s a 10/10 easy.

I've tried my fair share of pre-workout supplements, but this one truly stands out. Not only does it taste delicious on its own, but I if you carbonate it, it tastes just like their energy drinks of the same flavor. It is also very versatile, as some people in the house do use it for their pre workout drink before the gym, where I use it as just an energy boost. Instead of cluttering my fridge with energy drink cans, this powder is super easy to store and whip up whenever I need a boost. Whether you're hitting the gym or just need an extra kick to get through the day, this pre-workout is a game-changer. Highly recommend!

This pre workout seems to cater more towards beginners and those who haven't taken supplements before. The flavour is great and it mixes well, but the overall pump I get is very minimal. If you're just starting off with taking pre workout for the first time and/or you're caffeine sensitive, then I would recommend this brand. If not, then I would not recommend getting this because you will hardly feel any sort of pump.

Tastes great and definitely gives you the boost you’re looking for at the gym. Felt like I could lift a car. The amino does make you itchy but was short lived.
