Updated 5 star to get visibility, bought it but the automatic functionality isn’t working as expected Not sure where to contact and how to get support for this issue.

Writing review after using 2 months. One of the worst company ever. As per warranty there's 6 months of warranty. My product stopped working after 1 months raised complaint to CRI customer care a machanic assignment and visited for repairing but when he inspected the product he said it'll be replaced by company. He sticks a replacement sticker. When I asked him who will replace the item he said you should have bought from local vendors they will replace the product immediately since it is bought online you will have to go to local authorised CRI retailers and ask them to replace it if anyone is kind to will replace it or you can call on CRI customer support. When I called on CRI customer support they said a senior will call you and guide you for your replacement. After 3 days I didn't receive any call then again I called CRI customer support and they said when we found a CRI authorised distributor or retailers who is willing to replace your item then we'll share their address you take your product to them and replace your item. We can't specify any finite time for the replacement.

Controller works good, we fitted it to a 0.5hp motor and pressure was really boosted. But only concern was that this controller operates motor every now and then to keepup the pressure, even when none of the water outlets are opened. Like motor runs and stops for 30 seconds every 1.5 minutes even when none of the tap connected is used.

I brought this in 2024, after my original pump controller went bad. When I brought this I was thinking, i may have to regularly change this controller based on the review. But I will say, I am surprised, This controller had worked perfectly for more than 2 years now, the pump has to be replaced (from Kirloskar Jalraaj to Crompton Ultimo), and it works with the new one as well without problem. Seeing the reviews and faults, Its possible that their quality control is bad, and I was just lucky to get a good product. But whatever be the case It was value for money for me, when i already considered i may have to change it every year. I will update the review, in case the controller gets any issue (finger-crossed).

The CRI automatic pump control is not working properly, on contacting the CRI customer care , I was told that they will not provide service for this product as this has been purchased on Amazon platform, and that they Amazon would arrange the replacement or resolution, it was just installed three days back, pls help, I’ve been trying to contact the customer care of Amazon but there seems no support team or number available
