It came in excellent condition and was rather easy to install. The only "con" is that it didn't come with any instructions and it came with two different sets of screws so I had to figure out which ones would work best for my wall. It would have been nice to have a slip of paper that stated the difference between the two sets of screws but it's not that big of a deal and I figured it out. The rack holds up my bike really well and my bike doesn't stick out too much. I have had it for about 2 weeks now and I haven't had any issues with the rack.
