Great quality supplement! The turmeric and ginger blend works really well, and I’ve noticed less joint discomfort and better digestion. Easy to take, clean ingredients, and excellent value. Highly recommend!

It works pretty well
I definitely feel a difference in my joints when I take this. It doesn't eliminate the pain, but it lessens it and makes it more manageable. On the days i forget to take it, I regret it by the evening.

A game-changer for fibromyalgia!
I am a 23-year old with fibromyalgia and autoimmune disease. This turmeric and ginger supplement has significantly improved my pain and inflammation. I read some scary information online about too much turmeric causing liver issues, so I experimented with only taking one pill a day (instead of the recommended two.) I found that one pill a day helps me just as much as two, which not only protects me from potential side effects but saves me money!
