Review: Amazing Daybed - Fun to build - Amazing daybed! I’ve never purchased or built anything like this before, but I had a lot of fun putting it together. While the instructions weren’t the best—there was only three pages with just pictures—they were surprisingly easy to follow if you pay close attention to the drawings. The build feels sturdy and fits perfectly into my little nook. I have a small bedroom, so if you live in a studio or tiny home, this is a great option. Honestly, it wasn’t nearly as challenging as some reviews made it sound. I built it completely on my own, everything came clearly labeled, and there weren’t an overwhelming number of pieces. I’ve done much more difficult desertcart builds, and this one was pretty straightforward overall. Update: Still amazing even half a year in. Can support a TON of weight. Like two adults “bouncing” on it type of weight. Very much worth the purchase. Looks sleek, isn’t nosey when I’m tossing and turning, and can fit most if not all twin size mattresses. A must get!
Review: Great daybed, worth the difficulty assembling - I really love this daybed, it's cute and sturdy and held up well for a (300 lb) guest who slept soundly on it for two nights. I have also slept on it a few times and didn't experience any wobbling or noise at all. The only thing that wasn't perfect about it to me was that the assembly instructions were vague and confusing, even to my friend/handyman who helped me put it together. Even with his many years of experience, it took us about 2.5 hours to complete the task, though all the pieces were included, the instructions just weren't clear. Still, I'm very happy with this purchase.
