Will the grip fit on a kbs ct tour 120 putter shaft ? I'm afraid the hole on the grip is to small ! The top of the shaft is pretty wide

I would say yes. Put the grip tap on and put the solution on heavy on the shaft and in the grip should go right on.

How do i know which ones will fit my clubs? 3.0 or 5.0

They will all fit your putter unless you have an unusual shaft size. The 3.0 and 5.0 are the outside diameter and that would just be how big you want the grip.

Will any of these grips increase the length of my putter?

No. These install the just like regular grips. If you want to extend the length just insert a dowel rod in your existing putter shift and then install your grip.

do you need a kit for the grip?

Not really. Regripping tape and odorless mineral spirits are all you really need. A vice is handy but you can get it done without one. Just don't be shy about coating the tape and the inside of the grip with the mineral spirits or you can get stuck and you could ruin the grip.
