My damsel got beat up by my clown pretty badly over a few days while I was gone/busy with work. I treated the DT with the recommended dose, and noticed the next morning that all of my inverts were stationary. My live rock, which had just started shifting neon green to purple, also looked drab. Dosed the tank for the prescribed period and gave up my snails for dead. However, once I did a 50% water change on day 4, everyone perked up. Snails all came through, and the scale/actual damage to my damsel stopped. All of the fish were fine the whole time. Damsel healed up okay, but not fully cured of the infection. After a second go in a 5g bucket, the damsel perked up but still wasn't fully healed. So, it works in a a pinch, but isn't an actual medication.
