I have about a 20 foot wall. How many lights would you recommend?

It really depends on personal preference but mine are spaced about 6 feet apart and look nice. The picture shows them much closer. I have "post lights" that also light up the yard so I was not looking for a ton of light - just more accent light.

Hello one single 12V AC transformer can work for 3 lights or a transformer must be purchased for each?

The transformer says the watts on it if it a 300 watts transformer then you can put up two 250 watts of lighting on one transformer on the light it will tell you the wattage of the light

What size low voltage wire is required for these lights?

Standard low voltage wire can be used, typically 16G.
