Review: breaks easily in multiple ways - There's no opbvious alternative to this device but it's a really poor design. I've ordered one after two others broks - one was the defl;ation tip and one was the measurement tube (visible in picture 3 but possible not included). The hospital gave me the second pump. They have robbed all their boot stocks of pumps because they break so often and apparently they can't buy them separately. Aircast need to seriously improve this product. It's very poor. I hope the NHS take their contract away.

**Q: I have th aircast pttd brace. will this work to inflate the air cell? i can’t find mine!**
A: yes

**Q: where can I find a replacement air cell for boot?**
A: I only got the pump.  Then one of the bladders sprung a leak and I couldn't find a replacement.  I ended up getting a new boot.  This turned out to be a really good thing as the new boot was way more comfortable.  And the pump was built right into the boot.

**Q: Would this work on a small travel pillow?**
A: Not even close ;0). Unless you're a Barbie doll. This is a small hand held air pump for a walking cast.  it has 2 ends with sharp-ish points that are inserted into the aircast.

**Q: What size tubing would fit on the tip of this?**
A: unsure - but slightly small - like the size of the ink insert in a pen maybe?  I've only used mine for a walking boot to fill and release the air of the inserts.  Sorry.
