breaks easily in multiple ways
There's no opbvious alternative to this device but it's a really poor design. I've ordered one after two others broks - one was the defl;ation tip and one was the measurement tube (visible in picture 3 but possible not included). The hospital gave me the second pump. They have robbed all their boot stocks of pumps because they break so often and apparently they can't buy them separately. Aircast need to seriously improve this product. It's very poor. I hope the NHS take their contract away.

Universal and effective.
Definitely universal. I lost my pump for my boot and this works as well as the original one. You have to plug the hole on top with your finger in order to let the air in.
