Really Good Protien Powder. Tastes Really Well and Solubility is also really good. It also easy on your gut no bloating issues at all.

Very good protein

Pros: A budget-friendly option for people looking to increase their daily protein intake. Convenient way to supplement protein when regular meals are not enough. Provides a reasonable option for beginners who want to try whey protein without spending too much. Belgian chocolate flavour is suitable for people who enjoy sweeter protein shakes. Cons: The taste is excessively sweet, which may not suit everyone. I experienced some bloating and digestive discomfort, especially when I first started using it. It feels more like a basic, budget-oriented protein supplement than a premium product. Who should buy it? Suitable for beginners and people who want an affordable and convenient way to meet their daily protein requirements. However, those sensitive to very sweet flavours or who experience digestive discomfort with this product may want to consider other options. Final verdict: BigMuscles Premium Gold Whey is a budget-friendly source of protein for everyday use. It can help supplement your daily protein intake without spending too much, but the overall experience is fairly average. The biggest drawbacks for me were the overly sweet taste and some bloating and discomfort after consumption. If you are a beginner looking for an affordable protein supplement, it may be worth considering, but I would not choose it again because of the taste and digestive issues I experienced. If you prefer less-sweet protein powders or have a more demanding training routine, compare other products before making a decision.

Worst protein ever, customer care is pathetic, over call they ask me to contact over mail and on mail they ask me to contact over phone, even 1 scoop disturbs my stomach health, and most importantly the batch no printed on the product is not found on their website. Just wasted my hard earned money, only due to amazons trust. But don’t play with health of athletes. Amazon must look into the issue

Mixability is not as good as nakpro. The chocolate flavour is a little overwhelming for me (even after adding ice cubes) It's light, feels full and has slightly lesser calories than Nakpro. I have all my shakes in water & 4 cubes of ice.

Good product for anyone looking to add a protein supplement to their fitness routine. The taste is good and the powder is easy to mix. I usually have it after my workout, and it fits well into my routine. A convenient option for people who regularly exercise.

I have been using it since last 5 years, earlier i have tried multiple brands for lesser price and costed me indigestion , least possible growth. so if you are new dont know which will workout for you this one a chance for 3 months and compare you will see results. there will be better than this one for sure but price gap will be significant so its a good budget option for moderate growth.

Very smooth and light whey Protein. Loved the chocolate flavour no side effects. Very benefits for health best whey tried ever. Ordering second time loved the results
