Does this give you any more analysis than wearing a HR Fitbit/activity tracker round your wrist - is this an alternative or in addition to?

Hi i use this in addition to my withings watch which has a basic sleep function. It gives you a measurement of the length and type of sleep - light, deep, REM sleep - it measure you heartbeat and average heartbeat and specifically it measure any episodes of sleep apnoea on a medically approved basis and gives you a rate per hour. as an over-weight middle-aged man with high blood pressure this has been really reassuring especially as I have been able to see my apnoea fall as I have lost weight thus helping me avoid the use of a night-time air-pressure device which is like trying to sleep in a snorkelling mask. It also "listens" for snoring and tells you how much time is involved. It doesn't measure "annoying breathing" (!) which can still cause your partner to want to "put a pillow over your face " - apparently.

If the phone is off during the night, will it automatically sync with the phone when switched on having already got out the bed

As long as your phone and Sleep Analyzer are connected to your Wi-Fi network after you wake up, your sleep data should sync automatically.

I am like the princess and the pea... Can you feel this at all under matteresses or toppers?
