Alternative to branded with 3 year guarantee
I have been pleased with this connect 4 set so far. The item came packaged well and feels well built. This is further emphasised by the 3 year guarantee provided with this product. My toddler had recently enjoyed playing connect 4 at a friends house so I thought it would be a good toy to invest in. I wasn't keen on paying the full price for the branded version, so was pleased when i came across this one. So far it has worked mine and my little one has been left entertained. She likes the fact the discs have stars on them. The reason I have given 4 stars is because i ended up with green and red discs rather than the traditional red and yellow as stated in the description. There also seems to be a slight manufacturing flaw, where there are clear shiny patches on the product. It looks as if glue has dried on it. However, this does not affect the use of the product at all. Time will tell how good this product is but for the time being I am pleased with this purchase.

Very cheap feeling
Paid £12 for this in Dec '23. It's very cheap feeling and wouldn't feel out of place in a pound shop. Very cheap, thin plastic for the frame and counters and every time I go to open it up I feel like it could shatter in my hands. That's the other thing, there's no tray to easily release the counters, you have to pretty much disconnect the frame from the bowl to reset the game. Over all very very cheap feeling, even at £12. Just by the original game.

My kids love this game. It's super easy to set up and clean up too! A great edition to family game night. Love the strategy building skills it offers with this game. It's small enough to not junk up the game chest. Great to take on a road trip or any gathering.
