Irontite All Weather Seal, Blue, 16 oz

I have a classic muscle car and the cast iron on the rear of the block was weeping very slight just enough to smell the coolant till it warmed up added this product and problem solved worked perfect.

I ordered this on a recommendation. 06 Jeep, 200+ miles, not replacing radiator for worn seals. I bought this stuff, introduced it into my system. First 24 hrs, the cooling system puked fluid on the cool down. Needless to say, not hopeful!. Drove it to work with lots of coolant to spare... 4 weeks, not one leak. I have had no issues on cooling system flow. I have used other products without the same results. I can say, the entire 3 step process is going to be applied to my other running vehicles, but, for a fix..... this one product was fantastic. I did seal a leak seal w/in a couple minutes.. the final seal took a couple days of driving. My leaks were the seals between the various plastic/metal parts on the radiator that Chrysler (Mercedes) elected to use. I really believe the engineers need to understand how to work on cars, and actually experience end user issues. (FYI, I was an engineer, build cars in my free time...

I am-one of the lucky people who happens to own a truck wiith one of those millions of pairs of cracked heads on vortec engines of certain years.At 100000 miles, I am in no mood to purchase and install new cylinder heads, l heard of this product on one of the automotive shows on Motor Trend tv. Product is high priced, but beats the alternative, as this stuff really worked-no more unexplained low coolant levels. If used , you must drive at higher speeds/rpms right after pour. So far, so good.

Put this in radiator of car. Time will tell if it works - hope it does.

I used this on a small radiator leak on my '68 Ford F 250 and it worked immediately and stopped the leak. I tried it on a leak around the water pump on my '02 Passat and it didn't work at all. It's a good solution for a radiator leak, apparently, but it isn't a mechanic-in-a-can for water pump leaks. Update: The second time I started the truck after the treatment had stopped the radiator leak, the leak restarted in the same place. It was a small leak, too. So, this turns out to be a super expensive temporary fix for very minor leaks. I was ripped off by this product.

This item came quickly. I flushed another type of sealer out of my heater core that had it clogged I used irontite flush worked great,but then the heater core leaked really bad, put in irontite sealer stopped the leak in 5 minutes and still have heat.... Great product!!!

I put this stuff in my car's cooling system as preventative mantinence after a coolant flush. My car then developed a gasket leak. This stuff only seemed to slow the leak down. Use at your own risk.

Worked well as advertised! Avoided a costly 3,000$ repair bill

This stuff could seal a fist sized hole. Okay that's exaggerating, but, this will seal the worst blown head gaskets. Truly amazing product.

Didn't work for me. Found my leak right at the seam between the top tank and radiator fins. New radiator ordered. 😕

Co worker had this product work for them. I had a small leak which could have cost several hundred to repair,so tried, pleased so far with results.
