Crystal clear, cuts easily on a band saw
These cut the same as wood on a band saw with 14 tpi blade with no cracking or other issues that sometimes pop up with plexiglass. The sheet is clear as glass and without looking at the edges you wouldn't know it wasn't glass. The shatterproof clear panel is great to finish off electronic projects or even when replacing picture frame glass which had an accident. Will buy again, possibly in a thinner option but this is good stuff. The inch grid markings on the front help a great deal for sanity check when laying something out prior to cutting.

Worked great as a base for shower suction cup handles
Excellent quality. I cut 6 x 6 pieces from the sheet and fastened them to my shower wall to use with suction cup handles. This worked well!

Exactly what I needed
This lexan (polycarbonate) is exactly what I needed for my golf launch monitor. The size is spot on at 1/8’ thick and 12x12” in size. This is what you need for any impact. The lexan is impact resistant. Acrylic will shatter, so know the 2 qualities before you but to make sure of what you need. The thicknell is good on this and it’s easy to cut. It’s super clear and functions good so far for protecting my monitor. It has the clarity needed to allow it to work properly.

Great investment if you get it done yourself
I used this 1/8 inch polycarbonate as a lens for my fog lights on my 2011 Mitsubishi ralliart. Let me explain. I called the dealer asking how much it would be to replace a lens since one of my fog light lenses had been cracked and exposed ever since I had bought the vehicle. They said they don’t sell the lenses but they do sell the whole fog light assembly. I asked how much. My mistake. $379.00 before tax for one fog light assembly. I just needed a lens. So I looked online for lenses and all the aftermarket lenses I could find were glass which I’m not a huge fan of in terms of the front of the vehicle. Doesn’t make sense to me. So I took matters into my own hands. I bought this $10 sheet of polycarbonate and I got to work with the dremel. I have attached a photo of the reworked lenses with the polycarbonate attached via heat resistant sillicone glue. Needless to say they work incredible. Shine light through well, the flexibility is awesome for my needs, and so far they look cleaner than the previous lenses because once again, they were glass. Great great investment if you are a serious DIYer and you are not afraid to take matters into your own hands.

Great for sight protectors
Got this to make some sight and flashlight protectors for my airsoft guns. Works great, I got it in 3mm thick and it is plenty strong enough! Just so you are aware you can't cut it with scissors, or sheers. I had to use my scroll saw. 8/8

Cuts and drills better than plexiglass
I'm using these to attach milk crates to the luggage racks of our scooters. The milk crates work well for transporting groceries and such, but I've found that the stress of carrying such items takes a toll on the bottom of the crates, causing them to fail prematurely. I have thus taken to adding a "buffer" between the rack and the crate's base on each installation. Previously I used plexiglass, but found that cutting and drilling it was difficult. The pieces would crack or shatter. These panels, however, accepted both cutting and drilling without issue. I was able to customize them to fit the crate and then add holes through which I run zip ties, attaching the crates to the racks. I would absolutely purchase these again if I need to replace those crates. I have the impression that these panels will be more durable as well.
