No, it doesn't come with a device to lift or carry it. What works well is to put it down near a sturdy, well-supported corner of a table, desk, counter top, etc., on top of cardboard, "walk" it far enough out to grip it, but not so far as to risk it falling, lift it, sit in a nearby chair, using your legs to help your hands support it, and return it to its place before your hands get too tired. I use a smaller cube to hold the cardboard in place so it won't slip.
