Quality of the light not as expected. Too dim.
Not as expected. Didn't find much difference by switching over to the led. Better to leave it as it is than waste money on this product. Rather buy an original maglite torch with the white led. Not worth it. Thanks. Errol.

great upgrade kit
does exactly what it say on the tin, nice LED upgrade, instructions were a bit hard to understand regards removing the old bulb only or the base plate for it too (it's just the bulb) but we got there in the end.Works well, much brighter and the button on the back its pretty neat too.Much cheaper than upgrading to a full new LED one.

Good Bye Halogen, Hello LED
I searched for quite some time to find replacement halogen/xenon bulbs for my small 2 AA cell Mag Lite flashlight and was disappointed that they were all gone, not thinking everyone has swapped to energy efficient LED lights. I purchased 3 sets to put into my Mag Lites and what an excellent change! Obviously they will save on and extend the battery life, LED's usually use only 10 % of what incandescent bulbs do but the brightness was better than the Xenon bulb, and still it still has the ability to focus the beam wide or tight like the original lens collimator. It took all of 40 seconds to swap out the pieces and the instructions, while very clear, were really unnecessary to figure it out. I recommend this kit for everyone who wants to keep their Mag Lite flashlights on hand. Hope you enjoy the continued use of your torch for years to come!

Funktioniert wirklich gut!
Wenn ich in den letzten Jahren zelten war habe ich gemerkt, dass meine Mini-MagLite nicht mehr mit anderen Taschenlampen mithalten kann. Ich verwende sie meistens mit Akkus, um den Batteriemüll zu vermeiden, und vielleicht auch deshalb war das Licht schon immer eher schwach. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass meine MagLite schon ziemlich alt ist, und deswegen habe ich auch noch keine Xenon-Birnen verwendet.Jedenfalls wollte ich gerne mehr aus der Taschenlampe rausholen, ohne sie ersetzen zu müssen, weil sie mir sowohl optisch als auch haptisch sehr gut gefällt. Mit diesem Upgrade-Kit bin ich wirklich begeistert! Die Lichtausbeute ist wesentlich höher, und ich bin froh, dass ich die MagLite so noch ein paar Jahre verwenden kann. Sicher sind aktuelle Taschenlampen noch sehr viel heller - das mag sein. Aber für ein Upgrade-Kit ist das schon sehr in Ordnung. Kann ich nur empfehlen!Ich habe jetzt gesehen, dass es noch ein stärkeres Upgrade-Kit gibt, mal sehen, ob ich das auch mal ausprobiere...
