Unfortunately, one of the poles came cracked and I have no way of contacting the seller to fix issue. Hoping it holds up but otherwise we are completely in love with this bag! The glitter.. the blue… so pretty! Came to update my post on 3/19… I was able to email the company with photos and they made it right immediately! Great customer service! Can’t wait to use our bag next weekend for the first time!!

**Q: Is it a collapsible rack or does it need assembled each time?**
A: The rack is 3 pieces and has to be put together, but it is really easy. My daughter does it herself for dance.

**Q: How do you personalize it?**
A: I just ordered the item and would like it personalized: Casielle

**Q: How do you get the rack bars to separate and go back up?**
A: There is a small pin like button that you have to press down to collapse the bars.  When you pull the bars up they then lock into place at each area where there is a button.

**Q: Is someone able to share the instruction manual to take the bars apart and together ?**
A: There wasn’t a manual with my bag but you just push the buttons in to colada’s the side bars.  Similar to how you would lower the legs on a pop up tent.

Super nice and affordable Dance bag !! Have really wanted a rack and roll but way out of the budget and this is amazing sets up in 2 minutes and lots of storage is smaller so would recommend for max of 5 costumes but overall super great !! Shipping was supposed to take a week and it came in 3 days.
