Definitely plan to use them for workouts. The right AirPod pro remains fully functional, and touching the loop of this holder works the same as the guest urges for the built in controls. The left however can not be used to change modes or stop and start music with these devices added. Your mileage may vary. Quick edit because another review mentioned glasses. I own several pairs of prescription glasses and sun glasses one fame doesn’t work with these because it pushes on the ear loop and changes the fit of both.
