How long can you keep them before use

I haven't the box to hand but I think it was about 12 months. I have Parkinson's so haven't been able to just get up and look.

Is this product gluten free

hi no the wafer attached to these cups are not gluten free. as far as I am aware there is no gluten free option for filled juice cups. however we do sell fellowship cups box of 100 that are juice only, and we also have boxes of 50 gluten free wafers, you would need to buy 1 box of each and put them together yourself for the gluten free option. these products are well dated usually for 18 months. hope this is of help.
