Do you have to pay a monthly subscription for storage?

Does this camera sends notifications to your phone when movement is detected? I just bought and so far I have not received any notification

I have this canera for 1 month and i fully charge and i have charge the camera 3 times already why the charge doesn't last more than 2 weeks?

If the UOKIER security camera wake up 10 times a day and record 1 minute at a time, the battery will last 4 months. Does this camera record automatically ?

yes, you need to purchase a mini-sd card, but it is motion detection activated.

Can i save video to a cloud storage or do i need a sd card?

the cloud is a pay service with the camera purchase after purchase you can sign up, otherwise you can save pictures to your phonier just buy the mini SD
